Mid-career programs - MPA/MPM

Hi, I am a consulting professional from India, applying to a few mid-career programs - MPA/MPM for Fall 2011. I am a single mother with 2 dependent kids and want to apply only for 1 year programs. In some of the universities I came across in my searches, I see the tags as executive MPA etc - and am wondering if anyone here has a view on the chances of financial aid/fellowships for a case like mine.

Also, if anyone is aware of programs that don't require GRE/GMAT- it would help contain my search time. I have identified a few, such as HKS, Wagner and GSPIA but would appreciate information beyond this.
