Job boards?

I know about Academic Careers and Higheredjobs.

But I was wondering about other academic job boards that may exist, especially those focused towards international markets?

Is it worth going to university/college employment pages? Or do they all just end up filtered through the above mentioned?

Yes, it's worth going to your university's employment page (and reaching out within your department). Many jobs get cross-posted, but you can sometimes get more attention coming directly from the university.
