Does anyone have any idea about Duke Kunshan University's Master of Science in Global Health Program?

I am listing graduate programs I plan to apply for this year. Global Health really catches my attention!!! Looks like students can gain a global perspective in learning public health knowledge.

When I found Duke's Global Health Master Program, I found they also have one similar program in Kunshan (Duke Kunshan University?).

Does anyone know this program? or any international students who have studied here can give me some ideas? They seem to promise a lot of scholarships for incoming students but have no idea about how much it can cover the tuition and life there.
