Any Chance in getting to funded MA program (Philosophy)?

Hi,

I recently graduated from NYU with a honors in Philosophy. My AOI is ethics, epistemology, and meta-ethics. My gpa is 3.73. I did an thesis with a NYU Phil prof and got distinction but not the highest distinction. My prof helped a lot with my thesis so I think this will be a decent writing sample. I am interested in applying for a Ma program with the purpose of further studying philosophy of my interests. I am thinking about Tufts/Virginia Tech/Brandeis. Two questions, any chance of me getting in any of the school? Is the chance high or low or alright? 2nd question Any of the school listed above, do they have strong specialty in ethics/meta ethics? I just know that they aren’t highest ranked in philosophy gourmet.
