Question: do graduate schools care if you take lots of courses? I'm a second semester sophomore and I took the maximum normal courseload both semesters of freshman year and have overloaded both semesters of sophomore year. Does admissions look favorably upon that (as long as you maintain your GPA) or is it of negligible importance. If it helps I currently have a 3.89 GPA (I go to a school with a reputation for grade deflation/very rigorous curriculum).
