Greetings, Gradcafe statistics enthusiasts!

I am a rising senior interested in pursuing a statistics masters/phd program and I am curious about what your predictions are for the new 2024 rankings for statistics programs. Also, I am looking for insights on the following points:

  1. What are the underrated statistics programs? Which departments do you feel are ranked lower than they should be?
  2. In your opinion, which programs are the best in specific areas or subfields of statistics (e.g. Duke for Bayesian, CMU for ML, etc.)?
  3. Any guesses on the future trajectory of the rankings? Are there any programs that you believe are on the rise or may fall in rankings in the coming years?
  4. Which statistics department do you think is focusing on areas that will be most useful for the future job market? Are there any innovative or cutting-edge research being done in certain departments that you believe will be in high demand in the job/academic market?

I am grateful for any insights or predictions you may have, especially for the current T10-20 programs. Thank you in advance for your input!
