htamuey Posted March 13 Posted March 13 My heart is dropping. I logged into my portal and it says my application is still under review... is this a bad sign? Applied for the Health Equity and Social Justice Track. Also, for those of you who got in, do you mind sharing your stats/Personal Statement topics, LORs, etc? I'm probably going to have to apply again next year and want to be extra prepared the next time around. Thanks! Webschoen 1

I don’t know, but I’m in the same position you are with mine saying application under review still (health security track for me) and I have the sinking feeling they sent out acceptance notifications first, that it won’t be good news 😔. I hope I’m wrong! I haven’t seen anyone here or on the DrPH Reddit board say anything other than accepted or still under review, so it doesn’t seem like anyone has received rejections yet.

Goodald Posted March 17 Posted March 17 For all who have gotten acceptance into JHU, did it come with any funding? I got accepted last week into a custom track, but there was no information about funding support. Obviously hoping for Bloomberg Fellowship, but I know that’s tight.

No funding with the acceptance, although if you also work at JHU, they offer Tuition Remission which would help with funding. I also applied for the Bloomberg Fellowship, but haven't heard anything. I did just get an email with links to how to find funding for it on your own. Goodald 1
