DrPH Fall 2025 Application & Admissions

I was also rejected from UNMC Epi yesterday. I had already decided to commit to a fully funded PhD offer from a better ranked school, but now I'm curious if anyone even got in to UNMC this cycle. Please comment if you did

I thought it was interesting they release their admissions so close to the national decision deadline.

I just confirmed my admission at USF's program. I was waitlisted at Georgia Southern and told I would hear something by today, reached out earlier this afternoon, but did not hear back. 

I was also put on the wait list at UNMC (Advocacy and Leadership), with them saying they would get back to me by April 24th. I too thought it interesting their decisions went out so late. *shrug*

Thought I’d update that I was admitted to Tulane on 04/15 after being waitlisted.

I did as well! I met with the program director briefly yesterday over Zoom and then accepted the offer. We will be in the program together next year - please feel free to connect if you’d like.

I think by now we've all settled on where we are going or if we will apply again next cycle. I wanted to wish everyone the best for the Fall semester and to thank you for your support in the application process.
