Hello,

I'm conducting a study on the effects of testosterone propionate and estradiol valerate injections on the urine biochemical profiles of rats. My experiment involves three groups: a control group, a testosterone injection group, and an estradiol injection group, each with 6 rats.

I have measured various urine parameters (e.g., leukocyte levels, nitrite, urobilinogen, protein, pH, blood, specific gravity, ketone, bilirubin, glucose) using dipstick tests. The results are recorded qualitatively (e.g., "Trace," "Moderate," "Small").

Could someone please advise on which statistical test(s) would be appropriate to determine if there are significant differences in these urine biochemical parameters between the three groups?

Thank you for your help! 🙇‍♀️
