glowety Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Hello everyone! I am in my last year of undergrad and I am still completely unsure as to what graduate programs I'm going to be applying to (the search is hard). I'm looking for some recommendations for programs in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I would love to be somewhere in a medium to big location (currently looking at schools in Chicago, Tacoma, Portland, Cincinnati), but I'm open to smaller towns if the culture and life is really great. I'm really focused on location because it would be a large move for me as someone from a small town in Kentucky. Affordability is great, but if there are McNair fellowships or good assistantship programs, I can be more flexible because I haven't had to take out loans or take on a financial burden in undergrad. I just really want a school with a good location, supportive faculty, CACREP accredited, and employability after graduation. Also, any advice on the program search would be helpful because I am completely lost.
