Applying for a Master's in the U.S. or Canada without Official Transcripts

Hi everyone,

I am a Bachelor of Nursing graduate from Iran with 4 years of formal work experience and a professional nursing competency certificate. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Health Technology Assessment. Unfortunately, due to unfinished mandatory service (military and public service), I am unable to obtain my official bachelor's and master's transcripts and degree certificates from my university.

 

However, I do have the following documents:

- Recommendation letters

- Relevant research articles

- Certificates from related workshops

- A graduation certificate

- Unofficial copies of my transcripts

 

I am interested in applying for a master's program related to Health Technology Assessment or Health Economics in the U.S. or Canada. Given my situation, is it possible to apply without the official transcripts and degree certificates? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
