Faculty Mentions in SOP

Hiya. Applying very soon. One of the programs is a very small interdisciplinary program with not a lot of faculty. It has four program emphases and the faculty for each emphasis is listed on the page, very nice of them. I had identified one prof I wanted to work with and as I've been customizing my base SOP for each specific program, I was adding her in and have been advised I should talk about 2 or 3 interested faculty. Again, very small program, so there's not a lot of faculty. Actually mostly overlapping faculty listen between the four emphases. There are seven faculty listed for the emphasis in applying for..... but six out of the seven really don't fit that emphasis at all. Should I just add in the one faculty member? They also have affiliated faculty listed from the history dept mostly... not sure if they would be worth mentioning...
