Congratulations! I didn't receive interview request even if I applied to there but I have low hopes for Brown Are you also International applicant applyinapplying from abroad or from US?

I think apart from Brown, Duke and Madison also would accept PhDs only after interviewing them, and I've seen Georgetown, UIUC, and UW interviewed ppl before, while not all of them

You might still have been waitlisted, this is still an option.

(I actually have two applications for UMN, and neither works.) I can log in, however. Some people on Reddit were reporting the same. I'm not sure what departments they applied to, though.
