Expand I think apart from Brown, Duke and Madison also would accept PhDs only after interviewing them, and I've seen Georgetown, UIUC, and UW interviewed ppl before, while not all of them

(I actually have two applications for UMN, and neither works.) I can log in, however. Some people on Reddit were reporting the same. I'm not sure what departments they applied to, though.
