Tech Issues with CUNY’s application system

I’m trying to apply to CUNY’s anthropology PhD program but for over 24 hours the applyyourself system hasn’t let me upload my statement of purpose (it tells me "File upload failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact technical support”). I contacted IT yesterday and they said they’d look into it but the link they gave me to follow up requires having an Anthology account - which I don’t have - and they haven’t gotten back to me today. I even tried to submit a new request but didn’t get the confirmation that a case had been created like I did with yesterday’s request.

Does anyone have any last minute suggestions as to how I can proceed? I’ve emailed the project coordinator explaining the situation and asked if it would be possible to submit the statement over email but I’m not entirely sure that I can submit my application without it uploaded T^T
