Applying for Leverhulme Trust Early Career Fellowship and Oxbridge JRFs: ADVICE NEEDED

Hi,

I am new to the forum. I am currently preparing to submit my PhD thesis and have come across some amazing postdoc opportunities, but I need advice on how to proceed. I would like to know if anyone has ever applied to these positions and what their experience has been.

Another question: letters of recommendation — who writes your LORs? Where I study, professors only sign the letters and I am expected to write them myself. Is that legitimate?
