need help in oder to choose my master degree

Hi, I'm currently really lost choosing my degree. Here's my background: I did three years at an Institut d'études politiques (an interdisciplinary, kind of renowned school with history, sociology, and economics courses). Right now I'm doing a sociology master's at Paris Cité; I'm not liking it and would also like to do my studies abroad. 

I'm interested in history and political science master, in English and also in a pretty renowned university. I want to pursue a PhD after that. I'm also looking for normal tuition fees (sooo not the us and not the UK). Do you guys have any advice on how to apply, and which master's do you recommend? thank you very much for your answers
