The DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University invites applications to our PhD program for September 2027, with specializations in Accounting, Finance, Health Management, Information Systems, Management of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources, Management Science, Marketing, and Strategic Management. We would be grateful if you could share this with students who may be interested.

McMaster is consistently ranked among Canada’s most research-intensive universities. Our PhD students study questions of broad societal importance, including sustainability and planetary health, AI and digital transformation, entrepreneurship and inequality, and the future of work. Students work closely with faculty from the start of the program, collaborate on research projects, and are supported in publishing in leading journals and preparing for academic careers.

All admitted students receive a minimum funding package of $34,400 per year.
