Similar forum for UK institutions?

I'm looking for a forum or website that you might describe as the "UK version" of GradCafe - if it exists. I'm aware of The Student Room, but that seems geared more toward students applying to undergrad.

I only know of the Student Room. There is quite a vibrant Postgraduate Section there.

However, it is terribly organized. It is quite difficult to have your question answered to since there will be one section dedicated to say, Oxford Postgraduate Applications 2011, and everyone will post their questions related to different subjects, admissions, supplementary documents, as well as their acceptances and rejections - in that ONE thread.

Sadly, The Student Room is mainly for school students applying for undergrad and doing their A-levels. There is a postgrad section, yes, but most of the posters seem to be applying to bizarre Masters courses rather than PhD's as is the case here. I don't know if this reflects the general trend in the UK, if people applying for MA in Terrorism, Security and Society; MSc Business analysis, MA Peace and Conflict Studies or MSc Transport Planning actually represent the majority of UK's postgrads...

Either way the PhD community there is small.

You're right - the organization is abysmal. One of the Oxbridge threads had over 1000 replies!
