Luckily, I'm offered an admission from both top schools. I don't know the specific order, but they are usually ranked #1 and #2 in my specific field - circuit design. (By the way, I have master's from Stanford)

Fundings in both schools are not yet announced, but since I got other ways to go around the financial matters, the funding itself doesn't matter to me.

And I think each school has a professor whose interests really really well match mine. So the advisor thing doesn't matter to me as well. But, in a progress point of a view, I contacted the professor at Berkeley, and he's given me the words that he would work with me, and suggested to discuss the research topics immediately, while the MIT professor is not writing me back yet...

Can anyone let me know other important criteria? Which one would you choose?
