what are my chances

Hey everyone(or whoever interested)...:

I'm from India.My current gpa is 8.42(College has a pretty well recognized name in the US)......l'm currently in the sixth semester.So i guess my gpa will be in 8-8.4 range when I apply....

I might go for a research project in the uk this summer and I have a n in plant training in a company specializing in control systems and automation.My GRE score is 1340(760+580)...

Looking for a masters programme in electrical engineering. I'm thinking about the following schools:

UCSD

UC(davis,irvine and santa barbara)

WUSTL

UF gainsville,texas (a&m),university of Arizona ,ASU and OHIO state.

Can anyone suggest me decent schools as I'm in the process of looking at a few now/???..Thanks.....Id really appreciate the help if anyone replies
