Gullit Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 I've became so anxious recently waiting for the school decisions... any ideas that master applicants should be interviewed? so far I have not received any thing from the 8 schools I am applying to... I've heard that PhD candidates are usually taken care first, and then Master candidates... hope it is true... plus domestic students then international students... thank you for all the feedback!
Vacuum Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 (edited) Some schools conduct interviews and others don't. Usually it will say on the department website if you can expect an interview or not. I know for my programs I applied to, there is only one school that always conducts an interview. I think for most Masters programs they don't conduct interviews. Don't start getting worried if you dont hear from the schools, since that might be perfectly normal. newms Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Yeah, I don't think most Master's programs do interviews, so don't worry if you don't get an interview invite. Hope you get some good news soon!
