HARVARD!!

Applicants to the psychology program at Harvard have been pretty quiet on the results board. Has anyone heard ANYTHING?? I know psych programs in general have been pretty slow with notifications this year, but I'm wondering if people have even been interviewed at Harvard??

I know that Harvard has contacted applicants to the social psych program and they may have already conducted interviews. I can't recall. A guy who was at another recruitment weekend with me mentioned that he had an interview there, but I can't remember if he said it had already happened or it was coming up.

I emailed and asked my application status , the person replied:

"We will have our final decisions at the end of February. Interviews for the top-ranked people are done at the discretion of individual faculty members, who would contact applicants directly."

So I would say it's a reject if you haven't heard from the faculty members of the Social Psych programs, but I don't know about the others. btw, congrats to those who got an interview!

Thanks for the replies. I wonder if the department will have all decisions made together, or if only social applicants can expect to hear at the end of the month. Oh well . It was a long shot anyways. But I'm still interested to hear if anyone has contact with the department or info on the admission process. Good luck to all!
