CMU vs Umich in ECE program

I have been admitted to CMU ECE Ph.D program and Umich EE Ph.D program with full fundings.

But I still can not choose one.....

If you guys were in my situation, what school would you choose for ph.D?

Please give me some advices..

well depends on what subject you will be working on?

U-M is much stronger in micro/nano fabrication ( one of the best actually), whereas CMU could be more beneficial if you are going to work more computer related research.

I'd say UMich over CMU. I always felt that UMich had a broader scope then CMU since they are larger school. But thats just me.
