Decision for two biophysics program

Hello

I already got the admission from UC Davis and Maryland at College Park about biophysics programs.

Both programs really impress me, but the consideration really messes me.

Firstly, the environment near U of Maryland is really interesting, and the ranking of physics is good. But the ranking of biology here is 56 only, and it only has 14 members.

UC Davis has somehow 50 members (even if the faculty there can not make sure), and the research topics are diverse.

All the programs provide stipend to cover the tuition and other fee.

Could any one know some information about those two programs?
