Umich EE vs CMU ECE

I have been admitted to CMU ECE Ph.D program and Umich EE Ph.D program with full fundings.

But I still can not choose one.....

If you guys were in my situation, what school would you choose for ph.D?

Please give me some advices..

I mean if the schools are roughly equivalent in stature which they are you should be focusing on much finer details, like advisors and research and even if you like the city, that should be pretty obvious though.
