Does anyone have any word on what Fall 2011 is going to be like for 1st year History PhD students? Will we get TA-ships, and if so, what will they cover (tuition remission, health care, stipend, etc)?

Hello, you will have to be patient, it's going to be a while before they know more about next year's budget. Up until now, TA ships have covered tuition, health care and a stipend. However, it might change.
