Missing a Recommendation

I'm missing a recommendation and I have no idea what to do. I know that it's about that time when people are getting letters back. I've already heard from two places. I saw that some of the people at one of the other places that I applied to have been checking through the online application system so I went there and I found out that the school recieved letters from two of my recommenders but not from the third. Now I'm worried that she didn't send out the letters to the other two places that also needed letters through snail mail.

One of these other places was my safety school. I don't know what I'm going to do if my professor didn't send out these letters. I really don't. I don't want to get three rejection letters because of this. It just makes all my hard work and applications fees a complete waste of time.

I know that I should have checked up on this before. I just thought that my professors would be on top of it. She filled out all of the recommendations that had to be done online and maybe she did send letters to the other places but it didn't go in the system or it didn't get there. I keep thinking that there has to be some sort of reason for this. I'm just so nervous now. In fact, I'm completely freaking out. I don't know how I could have let this slip past me.

I know that there's nothing that anyone on these forums can do to help but I think I just needed to vent a little. At least I've already been waitlisted somewhere, so that might work out afterall. I'm just a nervous wreck.
