ikatticus Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 Hey, I noticed a few people saying they have been logging on to Apply Yourself to check their application. I was wondering if this is the same thing as the application itself, or something different? When I log in to my application all I see is...my application so I don't know what it would look like if there was a change in my decision status? What further confuses me is that the university in question emailed me my 'ApplyYourself number' but it's different to the number I use to log on to my application. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I'm thinking of UCLA and Columbia in particular.
Bukharan Posted March 13, 2011 Posted March 13, 2011 I applied to both schools as well. Let me see... When the decision at UCLA is made, they send you this generic link: http://www.gdnet.ucla.edu/gasaa/admissions/applicat.htm There is a 'Decision Status' section there. All you need to log in and see the coveted decisions is your e-mail. As for Columbia, they send you this link: https://app.applyyourself.com/?id=col-gas They also enclose a PIN number in the e-mail (but you know it anyway since it is given to you when you apply); you use the PIN and password to log in and see the decision. I hope this helps! The very best with your applications! Bukharan and surprisecake 2
