I have been accepted at both upenn and wisconsin madison for masters in electrical engineering. please advise which university do you think is better.

hey i did not ask you to comment on my analytical reasoning abilities, i am very sure of them, but a simple query which i posted does not demand such critical reasoning. this is just a reflection of what other people have to think on these colleges, which i am sure is not an unwarranted request.
