Comparing GW vs GT for Latin American Studies

I posted this in the Interdisciplinary Programs forum too, so my apologies if you're seeing this twice.

I got accepted into the Latin American Studies programs at George Washington and at Georgetown. I know the rankings for the SFS and Elliot programs as a whole, but how do I go about comparing just the Latin American Studies programs?

I didn't get funding at either school, so a major factor for me is the extra $15k/yr at GT. Am I just paying for prestige or is the program actually better? Any thoughts/comments you have would be greatly appreciated .
