If I haven't recieved any notification from the school, should I email them or give them a call?

I am applying masters, and there are still many schools haven't given out the decisions.

Should I email them or call them? Will that be annoying? Or, will that affect the final decision?

Or, should I wait until April 15 then call?

It's April 12 now, and I am freaking out...

Do call/mail them. or better yet do both. they should have decisions for you by now! Don't worry it's highly unlikely to affect decisions. Just be nice and polite and you'll have no issues.
