Possibly late letter of recommendation after acceptance

Hello,

I applied to multiple Computer Science MS programs, all of which require 3 letters of recommendation. I just got an email from one of the universities' application system saying that a letter of recommendation just got submitted by one of my recommenders. I wonder what is going on because I am already offered admission to this one university. I kind of think the professor was late at submitting the letter without me noticing it until now.

Now I am very very very worried about this: will the university somehow cancel their offer of admission because of this? I really intend to attend this university and, moreover, I cannot afford to have the admission cancelled after I reject the rest of the offers.

Why don't you call them and clarify. Will save you a lot of tension and probably be a lot more useful than posting here ..

When in doubt Call them, it's always the best thing to do.

Could have been some mess up in their internal system.

You are being unnecessarily tensed. I don't think a university can rescind their offer after accepting. You already have the offer letter ?
