I have got an offer from Umass Amherst with no funding but from University of Delaware is at pending. Can anyone guide me with the financial documents as in by when am I supposed to send these documents. I have received offer from Umass Amherst on March 28. And are there any chances that I can acquire funding? Alos, has anyone heard of University of delaware (ECE)?
