Advise required!!

Hi everybody!

I have a slightly different career then my contemporary domestic students. Even though I am a US citizen, I completed my education till my Masters in India as my parents were working there. I have got decent grades in both my undergraduate and masters program. However, both the universities do not evaluate the score in GPA. You can get an idea of it by the fact that I was in the top 5 ranked student in the masters program. I have 6 months of Research experience in Indian Institute of Technology after my completion of Masters. My GRE score is 1430 (630 in verbal and 800 in quant).I also gave TOEFL getting a score of 114. I am however at a loss as to which universities I should target in a realistic way for a Phd in Chemistry. As time is running out, I would really appreciate your advise.
