Double Majoring in CS and CGS, Good or Bad?

Hi, so I plan on taking a double major in Computer Science and Computer Game Science. In your opinion, in terms of graduate school, is this a good idea? Ultimately, i DO envision myself going to grad school, and, combined with research projects on campus, I'm just worried that either my GPA or research is gonna get hurt. And, just for added info, I wanna take CGS because I'm genuinely interested in that as well, and not for the sake of having a double major :]

For anyone who's taken a double major and done serious research, did you manage alright, or did you wish you did something else?
