Need most common questions regarding job hunting

Hey all,

A few fellow students and I are going to do interviews with HR/hiring professionals for a new product (& for a research project I'm doing with a professor), and I am compiling a list of most asked question about getting a job or landing a better job than the one you have right now. When it comes to resume/interview information, HR people know best. If you have a minute, please visit our site at http://www.jobsearchquick.com and ask your question about job hunting. In exchange for your time, when we're done with the interview series we will send them to you for free. There're no strings attached.

Please use the form on the site to ask questions instead of posting replies here, that way we can email everyone who asked a question when interviews are ready. Make your questions as specific as possible, and not things you can easily find via Google or forums.
