Chances of Being Excepted to PhDProgram with BA from National University

I received a BA in History from National University in 2009 with a 3.2 and a Masters of Ed in 2010 from National As well, 3.4. I am currently working on a second Masters, in History, from Cal State Los Angeles but I am hoping to be able to get into some PhD programs when I am done at Cal State. What are the odds that UC's will take me as a grad from National University?
