I've talked to several colleagues who have said that Columbia Anthro department is not super helpful compared to Hunter's Anthro department and faculty. Any comments? Suggestions? Warnings ?

Warnings ? i would go with hunter because it will probably be cheaper and more fruitful for networking and attention-getting. good luck!!
