The answer to this is entirely dependent on what you want to do after grad school. You have to look at both programs and decide which one is of more interest as well as understanding what each degree will do for you, if you don't do this then that money might not be well spent. I don't know a whole lot about these degrees but I would imagine that they're not too different in terms of career outlook so it comes down to you making the right decision for yourself.
