PhD in MIT/Stanford/UC Berkeley aftwer working in a company

Hello guyz,

I would like to share my dreams and problems to fulfill it with you.

My desire is that I get a PhD degree in my field and obviously its from one of those 3 universities. But, the problem is that I have to start my job after masters and want to comeback to academic life once again after couple of years. And my dream is to get admitted in one of these three big shots.

What I want to know is that, do you think my job experience will be highly evaluated in getting a chance for PhD in these universities. I am going to join Cisco from next year and my major would be obviously networking.

I know its a tricky question, but your advice is highly appreciated.
