MS in Management Science and Engineering vs. MS in Financial Engineering?

Anyone familiar with these programs - MS in Management Science and Engineering and MS in Financial Engineering? What are the pros and cons of each degree?

I'm talking about programs at Stanford, MIT, Berkeley, Princeton, etc. They are all a little different so I'd like to hear about any personal experience with any of these types of programs, thanks!
