ladybug3 Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 I applied for a 2-year Masters of Social Work program last year. I only applied to one school because I was juggling an undergraduate overload while completing my thesis in Psychology. I made the wait list at my chosen school, but was not accepted. I know that my undergrad school forgot about my final marks and did not send them out until over a month after they were due. By the time they got my marks, which had improved a lot, both rounds of wait list acceptances had already gone out. Even since then I have improved. I am a second author on a paper that is pending publishing and I am attending conferences this year for the paper. I am applying for the OGS scholarship and have a 3.9 to 4.0 gpa depending on the way the school takes my average.. I am applying again this year but I am insanely anxious about just facing rejection again. Has anyone else felt this anxiety regarding reapplying? And does anyone have happy stories about their reapplication process?
