PhD Control Systems (EE): University suggestions

Hey everyone,

I am investigating Universities to apply for, I want to complete a PhD in Control Systems starting in 2012. I am compiling a list on Universities who have large Control Systems facilites / are known for their Control Systems research, and just want to get some feedback.

My interests lie heavily in the theoretical aspects of Control Systems,
