notifying schools of an upcoming publication

I just found out that a paper I wrote and submitted will be published in an undergraduate journal. As it is my first and only publication, I would like to make sure it is noted in my application. Does anybody have suggestions about the best way to accomplish this, as I've already submitted my apps to all my schools?

You can just send an email to the staff person who handles the graduate program. Include the relevant details (title, journal, authorship, etc.), and they can put that info into your file and email the department's admissions committee.
