University of Tel Aviv Masters in Security and Diplomacy?

Even though it's still fairly early for me to be looking at graduate program's, what can posters on here(if there are any familiar with it) tell me about the University of Tel Aviv's master's program in Security & Diplomacy?

It's courses look pretty interesting, plus they have quite a few well known names associated with it along with the fact that it is considered one of Israel's top 2 universities?

Also how would such a degree go over here in the US, esp with Phd or other advanced academic programs?
