socihealth Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 In preparing for my interview weekend, I have become a little nervous that there may be a group interview. How are these interviews structured and what are some tips for mastering them? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks guys!
Sarahmarie Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 I second that! I know for a fact my interview on Monday is in small groups. Any advice is appreciated!
BruceWayne24 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Be confident, but make sure that you don't answer questions obviously directed at others. Don't push it too hard. If a question is adressed at everybody, it is good if you answer first, but make sure you first wait a little to see if anybody else wants to jump in.
socihealth Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 Good tips. I think that trying to read the room and see how others are responding is a good strategy but I want to make sure my responses are original and sincere. I am hopeful to have more one on one interviews because I think this provides a good opportunity to have a great dialogue. EEEK the group!
