fanfanfan Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 So, I'm interested in applying to cultural anth programs next year, and I'm wondering what I should do to beef up my resume. I have OK grades and GRE scores, and I've been living abroad in my region of interest since graduating a few years ago. Unfortunately, I haven't worked any jobs/internships related to my area of interest. I also worry that my lack of solid credentials(i.e. publications, scholarships, or prestigious grants--like a Fulbright) will hurt my application. What should I do to beef up my resume? Also, what seems to 'count' in the application process? I'd love to hear from people who have successfully gone through the whole shebang! Thanks for your help!
newleaf Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Have a kick-ass statement of purpose that really sells yourself and solid LORs.
