Emory (Laney) & UMICH (Rackham) - Application status?

I feel really stupid asking this, but I can't figure out how to check the status of my application for Emory. My "Application Recieved" email didn't mention it, either.

For UMICH, I've pored over my Wolverine Access page and there's nothing that says "application status," like the UMICH website says there should be. Any clues on where this mysterious status is located within Wolverine Access?

Thanks in advance for any tips and I apologize if this has been asked before!

For UMich, Wolverine -> Students -> New and Prospective Students -> Application Status. If you can't see the link, they probably haven't updated their database for your application yet. How long has it been since you submitted your form? Did you receive a mail from them saying that you can check the status? In any case, Wolverine doesn't have any new information apart from whether or not your transcripts have been received and ticked off by them. If they make a decision, they will notify you anyway. So you aren't losing out on much.

Ahh, I see. I just realized as I was following your instructions that I've been clicking on "Application Status" this whole time (even before posting this) to get to see the status of my credentials, etc., but never saw anything related to my application being currently under review, etc. Thank you! I hope to hear from them soon.

I applied at emory too - and I've been accepted - but my online application still only says "Application Received".

When I got the official acceptance letter they sent me an email and there was a new box underneath the application Received info (and above the section where my LORs were listed)... In the new box it had a pdf of the official letter of acceptance and a RED highlighted box for me to click to accept or refuse their offer.

I applied to Emory and had the same problem. I finally just emailed my department. They said that they haven't made a single offer yet, and that I was not denied admission yet. They were very up-front about my current status. It seems as though your department will be in touch with you directly once a decision has been reached. Not sure that checking the website will do you any good.
