CS - A.I. Advice

Hey my fellow CS-AI Brethren,

Need some help here? Got an email this past week from UCLA MS Depart. The MS Depart. is recommending me to apply for a two year fellowship that will cover all my cost, (so they say) does this mean that I am in the MS - AI program? Also Stanford and UMich have offered me admission with a TA position to undergrads or join a AI Professor

guaranteed admission/funding to Stanford vs. no guarantee on admission/funding to UCLA!

i think i would go with UCLA
